As project managers for the mechanical side of the fit out, we were required to provide detailed designs and working drawings during the planning phase. We installed air conditioning and ventilation throughout the offices, as well as domestic services and above ground drainage and condensate.
The electrical aspect of the project saw is install a sub distribution system for all lighting, as well as security and safety systems, such as alarms and AV systems. Finally, all systems were rigorously tested and commissioned.
