Established in 1978 HENSALL is a group of building services construction companies, specialising in providing sustainable environmental solutions. We provide Mechanical and Electrical building services, BIM, Revit and Intelligent Building Energy Management Systems (iBEMS), working alongside leading contractors and blue chip multi-national brands to deliver large scale projects on time, within budget and always within a safe and controlled environment.

From the inception of the project, our design team fulfils our client’s vision with meticulous design plans, considering every detail to ensure all requirements are met or exceeded.

In true seamless fashion the HENSALL project management and installation teams execute the best laid plans to perfection, ensuring that timescales and budgets are adhered to.

Post project our maintenance teams are well placed to ensure the project remains as efficient as the day it was delivered.

HEALTH & SAFETY

The health, safety & welfare of our employees, sub-contractors, clients & all those working around us is our number one priority.

We have recently undergone a thorough audit of our systems both on-site and office by our independent health & safety advisors & auditors, Drury PSM. We are also members of the SafeContractor scheme, which reviews and audits health and safety policies, procedures and documentation of all member contractors.

All of our site based staff are SKILLcard registered and in-line with new asbestos
regulations, have attended an asbestos site awareness course.

It is our policy to continually monitor and re-assess our working procedures with the view to improving and educating all persons in their legal duty to co-operate in all safety related matters and not to endanger themselves and others and to report incidents, accidents and any dangerous occurrences.
