Set to open in early 2020, Hensall have commenced work a large scale M&E project for The Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, in the heart of the city’s West End.
Formerly the Radisson Blu Hotel, the project is now well underway to completely renovate the existing building, bringing a total of 239 bedrooms and suites as well as a Nobu restaurant, event space and conference facilities.
Hensall Mechanical MD, Chris Bond said,
“Hensall’s pedigree within the hospitality sector speaks for itself so we’re delighted to have been appointed as M&E contractor for what will be one of London’s most prestigious hotels. It will be a challenging project for a number of reasons, not least the level of attention to detail required for a brand such as Nobu. However with our track record we’re not phased by the scale, timing or quality of fit out it demands – it’s what we consistently deliver on every project we undertake.”
Trevor Horwell, Chief Executive of Nobu Hospitality, said,
“We are truly proud to announce the launch of Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, with our trusted partners, London + Regional Hotels. This will be our third Nobu destination together with London + Regional Hotels and sets another stage for creating memorable experiences around food and hospitality.”
